Being in a highly regulated industry and needing to maintain high quality and reliable machines means that we need to manage change to parts and processes very carefully. If you find need to request a change to a product, manufacturing process/location, experience obsolescence or any other change which will/may have an impact on the product or service to Elekta, please notify Elekta.

Upon submission of this form, you will receive an acknowledgement email containing a reference number. Please use this in further communications.
