PPAP – Production Part Approval Process

• Elekta uses a single global PPAP process for approving new or changed parts

Supplier Escalation Form

• All change requests to be raised using the Elektas Supplier Escalation Form

Non Conformance Management (NONC's)

• All Non Conformances need to be managed in a timely manner, with effective Containment, Corrective and Preventative actions implemented

Supplier Performance Management

• Supplier performance managed by QCDIM scorecards Quality – Cost – Delivery – Innovation – Management

Obsolescence Management

• Elekta asks suppliers to proactively look for obsolescence risks to material in the order forecast. If a problem or risk is identified then notification should be provided to Elekta at the earliest possibility.
