• Serial MRIs are performed during adaptation to track bladder filling, ensuring the plan is adjusted upfront.
• MR-Linac provides superior visualization of the bladder and tumor, enabling adaptive shape workflows. This approach, not possible with conventional linacs, accounts for variable bladder filling, avoiding the need for larger margins and reducing radiation to healthy tissue like the small bowel, a critical OAR in bladder cancer.
