All change requests to be raised using the Elekta Supplier Escalation Form

Being in a highly regulated industry and needing to maintain high quality and reliable machines means that we need to manage change to parts and processes very carefully. If you find need to request a change to a product, manufacturing process/location, experience obsolescence or any other change which will/may have an impact on the product or service to Elekta, please notify Elekta by contacting your assigned SDQ Engineer who will process, and where possible, approve your request.
